Six BHS students attended the IHSA Journalism State Competition on Saturday, April 26th. Zachary Levy was state runner-up in Yearbook Copy Writing, and Emily Hayes and Brittany Palmer were runners-up in Yearbook Theme Development. Sixty-seven Illinois high schools were represented at this year’s competition, and, as a team, BHS placed 10th overall.
