Upstate Eight Conference Realigns for 2010
The Upstate Eight Conference announced it will realign into two 6-team divisions beginning in the fall of 2010. The divisions, based on geography, will organize as follows:
UEC South
- Aurora East
- Metea Valley
- Neuqua Valley
- St. Charles East
- St. Charles North
- Waubonsie Valley
UEC North
- Bartlett
- Elgin
- Lake Park
- Larkin
- South Elgin
Streamwood
“As a result, the Upstate Eight Conference feels that this new alignment helps to address the fiscal responsibility of our member schools, gives it a competitive balance, and allows all schools that are members of common school districts to maintain their traditional community rivalries.”
