DEPOSIT GUIDELINES

Be sure that when you are making deposits to tell the banker whether the deposit is for Bartlett High School Booster Club account ending 7702 or the concession account ending in 8370. After making a deposit at the bank, attach a photo of the deposit slip below (the separate concession account is used to help the treasurer calculate the 15% tax on concession profits as a means to help Main Boosters maintain permits and concession equipment).

Deposit forms must be filled out ahead of time for funds collected by zelle. Fill out a form with the dates you will be using the zelle QR code. You can put a $0 for the amount since you won't know the amount you will collect. This is to let the Treasurer know which club gets zelle funds collected on which date(s).

If clubs fail to fill out a form for any bank deposits or zelle funds collected, this money will stay in the Main Booster account.
