The Fine Arts Booster Club is a division of the BHS Booster Club working to support and promote the Fine Arts programs of Bartlett High School. Currently fundraising efforts are going to fund capital improvements in the BHS Auditorium including lighting and sound. The auditorium is an area that supports many Fine Arts programs as well as the entire student body for back to school nights, the Prom Fashion Show, Mr. Hawk, Recognition programs, informational meetings, and a variety of other events. Local elementary schools and the middle school also use the auditorium for their seasonal chorus, band, and orchestra concerts.

We encourage you to join the BHS Booster Club and designate your area of interest as the Fine Arts. You will be supporting the group and allowing us to continue improving the quality of the experience within the auditorium. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law and additional funding is always appreciated.

Joining as a member helps to fund many school wide activities including fireworks at Hawk fest, athletics, and the fine arts. See the membership page for details.

We welcome interested supporters of the arts to join in any of our monthly meetings. We normally meet on the third Monday at 7pm in the Hungry Hawk at Bartlett High School.  .

Take Your Seat Legacy Auditorium Fundraiser at Bartlett High School

 

The Fine Arts Boosters, a club under the BHS Boosters, is offering you a chance to support Bartlett High School auditorium improvements through a name plate inscription program. This is the perfect time to commemorate your Bartlett High School graduate and purchase an inscribed plate for them.

 

An engraved brass nameplate will be attached to an auditorium chair by the number on the lower portion of the seat, which is highly visible when the seats are in the upright position. Nameplates will be attached on a "first-come, first-served" basis. There are 90 Director level seats available for a $200 donation (these are located in the center section lower level B) and 750 Producer level seats available for a $100 donation.

 

We are not taking reservations for specific seats within the levels. Installation will take place in several installments as name plates are sold. This donation is tax deductible as allowed by law and a receipt will be provided to you. This fundraiser is an ongoing legacy program to provide an opportunity to leave your mark at Bartlett High School while providing funding to be used for lighting, sound, and other needed capital type items to serve the students of Bartlett High School.

 

Purchasing a plate does NOT entitle ownership, special access, seating rights, or seating reservation rights. Name plates are approximately .75 x 4 inches and will be attached by the seat number so that they are visible when the seat is in an upright position.
